How do I cook fish?

My selfsim missed work this morning. Well, she couldn't go because the action "go to work" didn't work. So she decided to try fishing for the first time. She caught this huge anchovy and two smaller. How can you cook them? Do you have any recipes to share?

Just put them in the fridge, and they will be used in the recipes that need fish.

Fish and Chips and Sushi both us "any fish" to make.
Dim Sum uses any three fish.
"Bouillabaisse" uses any fish along with any vegetable.
Then there are some of the obvious dishes that use the fish in it's name. Like Frog Legs, Lobster Thermidor, and Grilled Salmon.

Thanks! I'll try fish and chips first! I was a bit disappointed when I found out that I couldn't just grill the anchovies right there on the beach.
