That's what I want in the sims3 game....
I've been wondering about that on the Sims2 too, I want them to be able to turn famous and known around the whole sims world. They could be a singer, and you'd be able to hear their voice on radio and they'd get to make a video. They could be an artist and their paintings put up in a gallery. A famous athlete, cartoon maker. Etc.
That'd be the most best of all! having fans too would be fun.

This would be good, like in Sims 2, when our sims reach the top of the entertainment career track, nothing special happens, but in sims 3, they could make it more like superstar, fans leaving black roses and hiding in the bushes...very fun!

I do know (from what I have read) that depending on how you play your game, your sim can be known around town. I mean, it's all about interactions and how your sims treat those around them, it could be huge possibility.

I also have thought about this idea. Of geting famous and getting fans! Because, that was something I really liked about Sims 1. Maybe they will put it in The Sims 3!
