Before I reply to you, Cassie, I'd just like to say - I think it's funny how the creator of this thread, who claimed HP was their life, is nowhere to be found on here.

Interesting Big Grin

I think -23 karma scared them off.

Yeah, I just looked up the person and I saw -23 and I started LAUGHING! lol

I wonder why they got so much negative Karma. I haven't really noticed if they have posted anything bad, but they must've done something to annoy so many people. ???

Anyway, Harry Potter, Harry Harry Potter.

Lol, I just got The Mysterious Ticking Noise in my head! Heck, I love that Vid! Big Grin

Because HP is after all, very popular, and they might have thought that everyone who loves HP was going to give them Karma for starting this topic. Believe me know, if he/she had not made a thread, I certainly would have. It wouldn't have taken me long. And I would at least join in the conversation and not just abandon it when I claim it is my life. Which it is! Big Grin

And about Mrs. Weasley, yeah, she really did! I think Molly and Arthur Weasley are the best parents ever! Big Grin

Could have been. I just find it funny that they claimed it was their life, and then never posted again.

Yeah, they're totally great. Ron and Ginny are pretty lucky.

Haha maybe they'll post Smile Or maybe we scared them off Wink

Re: harry potter? - Cassie - 03-04-2008 12:22 AM

They seem to be ignoring this thread about Harry Potter... you know, the thing they said was their life. :Smile

Gotta love those "hard-core" fans. You know, the ones who eat, sleep, and breathe HP? They're the ones you've gotta keep a close eye on.

Jeez. Oh, well. They're missing out on great conversations!

Re: harry potter? - Cassie - 03-04-2008 12:26 AM

I hate the people who call themselves "fans" when really the first page of Philosopher's Stone was too much for them to handle. Half of them watch the movies and think they know it all. How wrong could they be?
Well, I laugh at them all! Big Grin

Oh, I know it! I despise people who walk out of the cinema going 'I can't believe he died!', 'cause then you know they didn't read the book, and are therefore not a true fan. It's really dreadful.

I once had a conversation with someone who read half of PS and then "filled in the blanks with the movies" as she put it...she claimed to be the series' #1 fan.

Psh.
