Pre ordered mine on Amazon UK and says This item will be released on March 27, 2009.
Does this mean USA get it before we do here in the UK. {unsure}

I'm in the USA but that would be really annoying (and stupid) for the UK to get it a whole month later.

That would suck, because I really want everyone on here to get it at the same time and play it, so we can share our experiences together.
It wouldn't be no fun, especially for people who have to wait to come here and read all our posts of how awesome the game is. And it would draw some fun away from the sharing on here part from me as well.

I agree, plus people getting it later but who are impatient (like me) would be on the forums here and they would hear some of the surprises in the game and then they wouldn't have the joy of discovering that stuff on thier own. EA really shouldn't put its fans in this position, the game is more than for the individual. It is, in a way, for joint enjoyment. Fans get together to have fun with it together so I hope the opening date is the same for everyone and that that site is just mistaken.

I hope that really isn't the case. If that is the case, EA needs to say that now. It is really unfair and very disappointing if they wait till late this month or February and announce the UK release date has been pushed back.
If this is the case, I probably might not really share on here, until everyone gets the game...if you know what I mean. Like a lot of the people here are from other countries...the regulars. There are a lot of US regulars too, but it would be a big tease if that is happening to me...having to look at everyone's excitement about a game while I have to wait a month.
I have done research on the UK release date:

Everyplace except Amazon, so Amazon just may have their dates mixed up or have the wrong date. Websites usually don't correct mistakes for weeks anyways.
Best thing to do is wait for an official delay from EA, which will be the only thing I would trust right off the bat.

ya, right now I still think it's the same for everyone. Plus, I really don't see why it shouldn't be able to come out the same time everywhere anyway. I just can't wait for the game, I have even looked at possible laptops to replace my near dying computer. My computer works fine but for some reason it shuts down or freezes up unexpectedly and it has it's own mood swings where it decides how fast it wants to be at the moment. Anyway, if possible, if my computer can't get fixed then I'm thinking of getting a laptop so that TS3 runs as smoothly as possible for maximum enjoyment my first day of playing it!

yes, it's a wonderful feeling, although I'm sure pre-ordering has it's advantages. I just like the physical excitement as I drive on a quest to get a copy of TS3 before the store runs out.
