Yeah, that usually happens if domains are down. Maybe it's just the domain that is down then.

A domain is basically the web address which would be http://www.thesims3.ea.com, but if it's an EA domain, I don't understand why none of the other EA domains are down, unless each EA domain is hosted individually.

Yep, it could just be their domains playing up, but they would have posted it somewhere, possibly.

Yeah, as I said before, fansites usually get there before they do.
