Girls tend to grow slowly over the years, usually around 12ish to 18ish.
I started looking about 2/3 years older than I am from about 10 and growing up from there. I swear I'm pretty much fully developed [um, hoping for more things going on in the chest area though, lmao] and I'm only 16. I've done my way through puberty thanks. I mean if my ex, who was 20 going on 21, could go out with me and not feel embarrassed, I must look fairly old.
Guys will look young until one day they just seem to totally CHANGE and look a lot older. Or it seems to me anyway. You stay younger for longer [um, mentally too might I add...] and then just go through puberty really quickly physically.
My personal view. :]

She's really whacked up like that though.
Like a few weeks ago she bought a tool kit with pink fluff coming off the screws and stuff. 'A Ladies Tool Kit'.
I don't know. Age is getting to her mentality.

Some are crazier than others... my mum dances with the mop sometimes. And she stops buses with brooms when they try to pass her without letting her on...
