Re: Discussion: Trailer - The Adam Diamond - 16-07-2008 02:35 AM I hope weddings aren't all the same this time around. I have a feeling, that with the design tool, they'll give us one object (in this case, hte wedddiing arch) and then never release another mesh style at all, because we can use the design tool. The designing might be an excuse for them to be lazy.
Re: Discussion: Trailer - b-rad - 16-07-2008 06:19 AM ok i skipped A LOT!!! i notice that you guys say that the movment and graphics are bad keep in mind that we have 9 more months it will be better and some one can have a baby Re: Discussion: Trailer - Bat - 16-07-2008 07:27 AM (16-07-2008 02:35 AM)-tÑÑà¸à¹à¸à¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸ à¹- link Wrote:I hope weddings aren't all the same this time around. That could be bad. It could also be good. No more needing to wait on EA to create new things or colors. Re: Discussion: Trailer - The Adam Diamond - 16-07-2008 12:02 PM That's true. But sonce we have the design tool, we need more items and meshes than ever! I've just realised, there's not much in TS2. If you have all of the EP's it's not too much either. But there's a lot of stuff been recycled this time around, and there do seem to be some new things, so maybe every house will be different now, and I won't use the same objects over and over again.
Re: Discussion: Trailer - killerkenya - 16-07-2008 12:21 PM I haven't been on here in ages, been busy graduating and having a birthday and whatnot, haha. But I'm glad I'm back, and I just watched the trailer today. About 7 times in a row. I showed my younger sister, and we watched it twice. I'm so excited! It's a great trailer, and I noticed the graphics weren't at their best yet too. But, my laptop is slower than pond water anyways so I have a feeling I'll be playing on low res options. Besides, to be honest, graphics aren't what I'm worrying about after waiting so long for this game. I didn't find out about TS2 until the trailer with the redhead growing up came out. That trailer was amazing, but, I think this one sticks more to what will actually be in the game. TS2 trailer made the game look way more fun than it was haha. Too much of what was in the trailer didn't make it to the game. But, I just want to play TS3! I think I may download it though. I can't stand the idea of paying for a game that EA is trying to screw us over with. [SecuROM] Though, my sister bought me the Spore Creature Creator, and I couldn't stop myself from installing it. So I already have SecuROM crawling around deep within my files. Luckily I don't use this laptop to burn anything. I plan on buying a customized Alienware laptop in the future, and I'm not going to have anything with SecuROM on that laptop. This cheap one doesn't really matter. ANYWAYS- THE TRAILER! It got me completely excited. I love all the little things that everyone pointed out, such as the sprinkler and the toothbrush. I don't really think the hobo is actually homeless. I can't imagine EA would want Sims without food and homes running around. He probably just hasn't showered and they made him all, well, homeless looking. Haha. Well, a thought... Maybe he is like the families or NPC's that are in the bin or just walk around who don't actually live in a house. The ones you befriend and go to call, and, uh oh. They don't own a phone. Maybe it's like that. I don't know. I can't wait to have all our questions answered. When it comes out the forum will either be really busy, or dead from everyone exclusively playing TS3 for two days without showering. Haha! -Kenya Re: Discussion: Trailer - BlondBimbo - 16-07-2008 12:49 PM I love the trailer! I'f allready seen it like 10 times. I always loved the music, it is so cheerfull. Also, the graphics looks great. ![]() -'BlondBimbo Re: Discussion: Trailer - Cassie - 16-07-2008 12:56 PM I agree! The music actually has a nice beat, very Sim-ish and happy, suits well with the happy feeling of the neighbourhood. I really do love this trailer a lot. To say it's just a teaser, it gives you a good glimpse of the game.
Re: Discussion: Trailer - The Adam Diamond - 16-07-2008 01:06 PM Lets hope they wont completely change the look and feel of it, like they did with TS2.
