Hey there, new to the forum, and i thought u had a really cool question. I've been playing since the original sims and honestly i play not just cause i like the game and what u do (the making people and houses, I like to see how elaborate and nice i can make the lots) but because it's gotten better and better with each version.

I play The Sims because;
1. I'm bored.
2. I like killing the annoying people in my life.
3. To build houses.
and
4. To play out a scenario that I wish to be real but isn't possible.

hm well i guess because you can watch what the sims do and control them and it makes me feel like God just watching over them
