They should move more awkwardly, have trouble sitting down
find it hard to get into bed, trouble sleeping, find it hard to sit at tables
be more emotional( have fights with husband, cry at sappy commercials, laugh at childern playing)
They should have cravings for weird foods and stuff, they should be able to do more with the baby
while in the womb(read to the baby, have the baby listen to music, etc)
add on if you like!
i think they should either have 'mommy classes' or 'parent classes', and they should be able to invite a bunch of pregnant woman, like a 'pregnant women teaparty', and they should have like a minigame, simular to the headmaster minigame, and if they pass the test, they will have a special membership, just like the memberships in freetime, and they will get free stuff and free tips like a secret society! when the child is born, they get a care package of like crib and stuff. she could pre-order it. it could be like a gift from the other pregnant girls! and they should have baby play dates! i could go on and on... ;D
[/quote] Those are great ideas and I think they should have baby showers and they should be able to register at baby stores. Their should be more maternity clothes and you should be able to buy them or choose which one they wear. Also seeing a pregnant sim should effect you sim like if your sim is walking and sees a pregnant sim or a sim with a baby your sim should have a modlet where they would want to have a baby.

I think those are good ideas, but are they not hard enough to take care of now?

I want this game to be a simulation of life, but not with all the hassles. I don't want it to be too real.

More interactions for anybody is good, but having to do more for them could get really hard.

People want more interactions for babies, and then children, then elders. Now when the ladies are pregnant we want more challenges/interactions.

I want it to be more fun and easy not more fun and hard!

yeah but the way the needs work it wont be such a hassle even with adding new features to pregnancy.at least i dont think it would be.

I think pregnant sims have a rough time as it is. Running to the toilet every half hour.  Sad
If their needs are less of a hassle, your ideas would work well.  Smile
Otherwise it will make it harder to care for them.

Well, I do really love your ideas, but I don't know if I want it in the game... It depends, because on TS2 it's always really hard to take care of your pregnant sims and they consume a whole load of time... So if they were to make it so pregnant sims don't take up so much time, then I'd love to have your ideas put in the game!

Good job for thinking of them - I never thought of it.

Yea, their hunger, bladder, and energy levels go down like crazy. I want my sims to be able to live a full day, maybe not the most strenous day, but still a day.

I definitely think sims should be able to interact with the belly way more. Music and whatnot is good. These interactions could build a relationship with both mother to baby, sim to baby and mother to sim.

Re: Pregnant women! - ChalyssaMuch - 07-04-2008 03:20 PM

I think that will all change in ts3 to an extent.
so this stuff might be worth wanting to add.
