(21-04-2008 04:40 PM)Cassie the Green One link Wrote:TS2 was nothing like the trailer, it was a terrible lie. Sad The made us believe that it would be TS2 that looked like that, but really, it was TS3. Wink

More like TS4. Now that I think about it I really want there to be mess in the game that will just SPRAWL if you don't clean it up. Its nice to be able to show the character of a sim by the way things cool around him. I also hope that sims can unlock interactions specific to them. Like the ripping off the shirt thing.

MOTHER OF GOD!
EA come on with the editing!
give us the real deal.

so, thats sims 2?
I could've sworn it was seamless aging because of the middle aged guy!
But I DID remember TS2 trailer that had kids swinging from chandeliers, so I did suspect it to be false, whcih is why I asked everyone not to yell at me if I was the only one who hasn't seen it before...

lol perfectly understandable..
besides at second glance we all should have known it wasnt ts3...
ts3 look more detailed then that guy did.

That picture is a freaking lie!!!  There is no late adult stage in TS2!!

Re: Possible Seamless Aging Proof!!! - ChalyssaMuch - 23-04-2008 04:23 AM

Yeah I know..but they mislead us quite a bit for ts2.

Re: Possible Seamless Aging Proof!!! - Cassie - 23-04-2008 03:58 PM

It's starting to make me worry, if just a tad, about what we're seeing now. What if it's far better than what we're really going to get, like with TS2 and that 'trailer', and that age line?I don't think so, it seems that what we have seen so far is actually going to be improved (graphics-wise), never mind made worse. :-\

Re: Possible Seamless Aging Proof!!! - Indi*Star* - 23-04-2008 06:10 PM

Its weird about the lack of updates  ??? but the pic of the guy holding his stomach is the male pregnancy from being abducted from the aliens I think  :-\

Re: Possible Seamless Aging Proof!!! - ChalyssaMuch - 23-04-2008 07:26 PM

I sure hope they wouldnt mislead us on our first and only update so far..or at all..its really stupid and would piddle us all off to the max.

Re: Possible Seamless Aging Proof!!! - FOBluvr987 - 24-04-2008 12:13 AM

I thought of a wimpy yet considerable theory:
They used Sims 2 models to model spine alignments and shades of hair.
or it could just be a lying advertisement for TS2...
GRR EA!

why must you torture us
i wanna work there they know all of the top secret info and the make meshes and stuff for the sims all day, (or whatever else they do) and PLUS the get to play all SPs, EPs, and base games a month early just to search for bugs. And they get paid. I mean, WHAT THE CALAMARI?!?! (lol)
