Well, that truly is the best thing to do at the moment. Just go with those instincts and feelings. What more can we do? There's little else to judge on.

I've just thought of something. You know how they say "a watched pot never boils" and "nobody will come through an open gate"? Well, I guess that sort of applies here. The more we ponder over when the game is going to be released, the longer it will seem. I say we just get over it and wait for new news.
That probably doesn't make any sense to you. But it makes good sense to me. So, in that case, I will stop whining about the lack of Sims 3 news and just continue living my life and posting away.
That way Spring of next year will sneak up on us and surprise us all.

I'm totllay happy to wait for next Spring, that's not a problem. Our biggest problem is waiting for updates. And what you said is completely true, Bambi, thinking about it all the time will only elongate the process. However, it's really hard, when you're on a TS3 forum, to ignore the fact we know next-to-nothing. I sort of joined this forum with the intention that over the next few weeks from that time (March 15th, I think) we'd be recieving lots of updates to talk about. I never really imagined we'd still be stuck here with nothing. It's like GroundHog day.

True. But just as the game will come around quicker if we don't sit and pine for it, so will the updates.

yeah ive been trying to keep my mind off of it.
keeping myself busy with whatever i can think of..forcing myself to think of other things..its hard though..

Like I said in the 'Anyone Else Annoyed' thread, I'm ill and have nothing better to do at the moment but long for updates.
Even if you are keeping yourself busy, you will still come here and have to face the longing.

Yes, it's quite hard...but you just have to push it out of your mind every chance you get. Mind over matter, that is.
