That's awesome Captain. The funny thing though, is that I never changed the color of the speakers. Hmm...still a bit of a mystery.

There are TONS of real artists in the game. But all their songs are recorded in Simlish. Plus there are lots of different types of music for you to choose from, so no one is forced to listen to anything.

Are you using the wall stereos? Each color represents a different station that will continuously play that same station. Pick a different color if you want to listen to something else.
