So Heather isn't your really name? I like the name Heather AND Lori, they're both pretty names, personally.

oh I didn't know Bambi was your real name
its cool and quite 'different'

I feel the same way, it's a really unique and cute name, I'm rather jealous of her.

Yea, Bambi must have cool parents.
Anyway my name is Nicole. Some people say its French, others say Greek. For both languages its means "Victory of the People." In more detailed descriptions it'll mean a victorious warrior going out/coming back to battle or something like. I like to think of my name being Greek and coming from the goddess of Victory - Nike.
My best friend in elementary school was named Alex and apparently that means comforter of warriors.

Wow, so much talk about my name.
You all must really be fascinated by it. I must say, I have the oddest name in my family. My sisters, Leighton and Kara Rose, have pretty normal names. So does my father (blah), Matthew/Matt. But my mom's name is Ireland, which I must say is rather unusual, as well.
Anyhoo, thanks for saving me the trouble, Cassie.
And yes, my name means 'little girl'. Haha...
Re: Your First Name - Cassie - 04-05-2008 06:42 PM
If it was 'little girl' how come they made Bambi a boy? Haha!
I think your sister has a very pretty name, Kara Rose. It's sweet.

Who knows. But it definitely means 'little girl'.

Poor Disney...totally oblivious to the real meaning of the name.
So sad...

I wonder if they know about it now....
