No, Ashley Tisdale's hair is actually frizzy and aubornish. You can totally tell it isn't blonde though, you can always see her very dark roots. However, I find Ashley looks much better blonde.

I don't like her blonde though, it needs to be more golden. I ahve seen here with it more like that, looks better.
And I hate her new nose.
