Anyhoo, what kind of CC are you wanting to make? It's different for each item (i.e. clothes, hair, objects, etc.). And are you just wanting to do recolours or actually make new things?

Oh...yikes. Well, I don't know much about those. I've only made a couple in the past, and they weren't the greatest. But I found a pretty good tutorial if you want it.
