Hmmmm ... maybe up to a certain EP or SP it does say that, but for me, the items I don't have just don't show up.

Hm, maybe you should think about using the AnyGameStarter, Majick. Its a mod type thing where you can create "test" games where you can create lots and such without the EPs and SPs (Or a select few).
It's probably help those who want to download your lots, but can't because the lack of EPs.

It does suck that people can't download my houses, but I do not like the idea of Mods or Hacks in my game.

i have all expansions plus SP`s but i have enough houses my sims 2 games have taken up 30GB`S already im so ashamed
