Re: Downhill in Pleasantview (A short novel in process) :) - yummybunny - 12-03-2009 03:38 AM I love it! You write really interesting stories. And I love the fact that it's a little before the sims 2 where we start off (when we first install the game). Don't worry about adult content. I'd just wait for a mod to say something, if a mod don't say nothing, then I guess it's cool. But there's nothing on here that most kids our age hasn't heard about before...especially with TV and what is talked about in schools amongst children and teens. Can't wait for more! Re: Downhill in Pleasantview (A short novel in process) :) - yoshman9000 - 16-03-2009 12:38 AM Here's Part 5! Enjoy! ![]() Part 5: Gold Digger Dina Caliente People say that love is true in the soul, but for me, itâs for money, and a lot of it. My main ambition in life was to be wealthy. Though I despise working, Iâll work my ass off for the richest man in town to think I was in true love. I had been successful once, but he died a long, painful death. After he died, social services came to my house and took most of the cash that I had gained from my work, but now, Iâm ready to face another man, Mortimer Goth. Heâs the wealthiest man in Pleasantview, having over 600,000 dollars in the bank. I collapsed on the beach chair at the roof of my condo. Don sat on the floor next to me. He stared at me and said, âDina, youâre marrying the old f*ck-face and Iâm marring the dorky daughter. How are we going to have time for each other?â He rested his hand on the chair and tickled my thighs. I glanced at him, and grinned. âRemember our plan Don? The old hag doesnât have much time left to live and Cassandra works all day. Donât worry; we can get dirty during the day.â Don sighed. âYou forgot one thing. I work during the day too. She gets home only an hour after me. Dina, an hour isnât enough.â I took off my sun glasses and gazed at him. âSweetie, the family is loaded, Iâm sure sheâll bring at least a few hundred thousand dollars. That way, neither of you will have to work. Just say that youâre out shopping and come here.â I caressed his cheek and pressed my lips against his. He quickly backed off as soon as my twin sister, Nina, came up the steps. âEhâ¦Umâ¦Sorryâ¦I have to goâ¦.See you later.â He swiftly sprinted down the stairs and out of the house. Nina gleamed at him, her mouth dropped to see Don flying down the street and out of her site. She looked back at me and asked, âWhat was that about?â She came over to me and sat down. âOh, nothing.â I said as I got back up and gradually paced down the steps. Re: A Pleasant Crisis (A short novel in process) :) - yoshman9000 - 21-03-2009 04:59 PM This is part 6. The last part of 1994-Devastating Happiness. Enjoy! Part 6: All good things come to an end Dirk Dreamer Dear Diary, My life is going well. Lilith and I have been serious with our relashionship. I've making straight A's in school and all of my friends are great. Though sometimes I feel lonely without Lilith. When she's not here I feel the stike of depression through my bones. WHen she's with me, I'm literlly the most joyful person in history. Ok, well my life isn't PERFECT. Dustin and I get in uncontrollable fights at school, and I get depressed afterwards. Lilith sister, Angela, is going out with her. Now I despise going over Lilith's house or another argument will happen. I don't want another one. All I want is peace in my life and to get along with him, but alas, this will never happen in the near future, possibly not in the far furute. Last night, I told Lilith that I love her and she said that she loves me. She kissed me afterwards, and I felt the sorrow in my life lift and ridden in my life. Now that we're in love, nothing will get in the way of it. I hope nothing will happen to her or I don't know what I'll do to myself. Dirk Dreamer. Just as I finished writing, my dad knocked on my door and I yelled, "Come in." He came in my room with devastation on his face. He sat next to me and said, "I don't know how to say this, but your girlfriend Lilith, something happened to her." I stared at him for a few seconds and replied, "What happened to her?" "Dirk...she's been murdered..."
