no actually creepy. I have that too. I feel like if a presence is coming to me. Its nothing.
IDK if ghosts exist or not. Its a hard case to prove

Yeah I know it's strange even though I witnessed all this stuff I am still always so skeptical of ghost stories. I like to watch the show TAPS and when the people are telling the stories in the beginning I'm always like "Yeah ok like that really happened" But I guess it's harder to believe it when all the places they "investigate" are hotels and inns who stand to make money off of the "haunted" status.

Every now and then something shows up in the bathroom when I'm in the shower.  Sean (my fiance) has seen it too.  Well, it's shadow, anyway.  We never see whatever it is, but there's a shadow there, and when you see it, it darts out of view.  And the room gets this really weird ... like ... heavy air feeling to it.  I've had to have Sean sit with me while I shower a few times cause it freaks me out so bad.  And I've had to sit with him because of it, too.

AAAAH, I think that shower problem is related to me too, Jeni!  {freaked}

Like last night when I was in the shower, I heard knocking outside the door, and I got freaked out because my parents were downstairs watching TV, and that shadow thing happened to me too, I said a black shadow near the mirror and when I went to look, it disappeared.
And another time while I was eating dinner and once when I was in the hall, I felt someone tap my shoulder, and pass by me.  o.O

Kind of scares me Sad My mum always has visions too, and I had another one time of someone right behind the door to our bathroom downstairs.

*runs away flailing arms because I'm scared*

Oh, and I felt the window open even though it wasn't opened last night in the shower too 3:

I know an elderly man died in my house just before we moved in (we bought it from his family) but I'm not sure if we're being haunted at all - I always get scared when I'm home alone though - all noises in the house seem to be 10x louder! And thens when I think we have ghosts haha.

Oooh, that's quite creepy O.o

I'm interested, but I'm freaked out at the same time, I think tonight I'll tell my mum whats happening.

I sometimes freak out in the shower. Because like... the shower curtain is so close and I don't know whats on the other side!  And with the tapping and stuff... it's creepy. An old man died in my house too. It was natural causes and he was warm in his bed so I doubt HE'S haunting me. But other people have died in my house too probably. It is well over 100 years old.
(30-11-2009 06:21 AM)Poesque link Wrote:I lived in a haunted house when I was in high school. We moved out when I was like 19. Let's see, lots of stuff happened. The deck chairs would move from one end of the deck to the other, you could hear it happening but nobody ever had the guts to open the door or look out the window to see what it looked like so I guess for all we know we could have had a creepy neighbor messing with us but I doubt it. I would here conversations coming from the kitchen as well as the sound of tea cups hitting the table as if somebody was sipping it and putting it down over and over. I would hear the door to our toaster oven open and close over and over like somebody was really really impatient while toasting their slice of Wonder. On four occasions I heard a person walk up the stairs to the second floor and walk into my bedroom, clear as day no mistakes about it. Every time it happened I would start talking to the non existent person thinking it was my sister, it never was, nobody was ever there. We had really high cathedral ceilings with windows all the way up on one side of the house and one day we noticed a permanent hand print of a child at the very top.. One day when my brother was in bed in the morning his set of keys that were sitting on the coffee table started move up and down on the table as if someone was playing with them and then they dragged across the table to the other end, stopped and flew off the table toward my brother. It was around that time that the animals in the house began to go a little nuts, the cat never came out of this one corner and hissed at nothing all day and my two dogs spent most of their time howling and barking at the glass dining room doors. I thought maybe they just didn't like that the doors were closed all the time so I opened them and that made it worse, they growled and snarled at the right corner of the room all day everyday and only took a break to eat and sleep. Somebody kept calling and hanging up on us so finally we did that *69 thing my mother did it, we had two phone lines in the house one for everyone and one for my dads business that only had one phone to it, when she pressed *69 my dads phone started ringing, he didn't connect it and he picked it up and there they were talking to each other (in other words to quote a sub par movie, the calls were coming from inside the house) Me my mother and father were all standing in the same area of the house when it happened so there is no way anyone in the house could have pulled it off. Yeah I know that one is a little much I don't blame you if you don't believe it I barely believed it and I was there. It didn't really freak any of us out until we moved out and started to recall everything, it's weird. There is more but I think this post is already long enough LOL. I hope you enjoyed it I love true ghost stories.

That's really creepy! LOL

Sometimes... when I'm home alone upstairs I just feel uncomfortable...
