Definetly.
New members are our future Top Posters, except we don't know which ones will leave and which ones will stay. See, when you first came on hree, Alyssa, I actually thought you wouldn't be around long, and now look? You're in the Top Ten Posters and you're one of my fave people on here. 
So we couldn't be letting new members walk off when they could have been reguaalr posters. It's the same for me, I was close to walking off, but people were so friendly to me when I came back that I just couldn't go and leave again.

well personally i thought i would leave too because everyone seemed to be in bundles of friends..and i didnt think I would fit in. well turns out i did.
so leaving messages to new members hopefully will make them see it that way too and post.

I sure hope so...I hate how there's at least 500 people who've signed up and never returned because it seemed too daunting...

well im well on my way so far ( as i can tell because i was gone a full day) i've messaged three members..one replied..two didnt..but one is posting now so...im not giving up..thats three..there will be many more i hope. ( that stay)
