i guess you're luck than
if you're too cold you can always put on another layer of clothes but you can't really be topless when you're too hot
but i'm just especially weird i can't really feel cold weather i can feel when it's chilly when there's wind but i can walk outside when ti's like 15 dagrees C (59 F) and not be even a little bit cold

15 dagrees is hot? i'm so gealous 12 dagrees is like as low as it gets...
my friends and i were joking that the summer in england is like the winter here... i really hate hot weather

Yeah in Ireland it gets really cold and it mostly rains but it has been great the last couple of days
