yes, its coldest in July and hottest in December
though I think christmas is awesome because you can be in the beach ya`no
so its cool, but then the Christmas spirit is the winter and coldness and I like that too
the seasons are completely opposite in the south and in the north
but does anyone know why? why is it that south of the Equator, the seasons are opposite

why is there more people in the northern hemisphere than in the south
why is it that the northern hemisphere is wealthier than the southern
why is that there is less land in the southern hemisphere, like haven`t you notices, Africa and South America seem to get smaller when they go south and there`s more land when the land goes north of the equator?

Its because the way the earth is positioned to the sun. The northern hemisphere is exposed more to the sun in our summer months. I've spent Christmas on the beach it was pretty cool. Our tree was outside on the deck LOL

I think we should get a new thread for Winter. You could call it the Winter/Summer thread or just the Winter thread and then mention that's it's Summer for some parts in the initial post or something to that effect... blah I suck at explaining things. {rolleyes}
