Re: Autumn/Fall - SimsForums Official Thread - serp3821 - 18-10-2009 04:42 AM yes, its coldest in July and hottest in December though I think christmas is awesome because you can be in the beach ya`no so its cool, but then the Christmas spirit is the winter and coldness and I like that too the seasons are completely opposite in the south and in the north but does anyone know why? why is it that south of the Equator, the seasons are opposite other questions why is there more people in the northern hemisphere than in the south why is it that the northern hemisphere is wealthier than the southern why is that there is less land in the southern hemisphere, like haven`t you notices, Africa and South America seem to get smaller when they go south and there`s more land when the land goes north of the equator? so many questions and so little answer
Re: Autumn/Fall - SimsForums Official Thread - bobert26 - 18-10-2009 05:05 AM Its because the way the earth is positioned to the sun. The northern hemisphere is exposed more to the sun in our summer months. I've spent Christmas on the beach it was pretty cool. Our tree was outside on the deck LOL Re: Autumn/Fall - SimsForums Official Thread - serp3821 - 18-10-2009 05:28 AM yes, thats smart conclusion Re: Autumn/Fall - SimsForums Official Thread - Cassie - 18-10-2009 11:59 AM (18-10-2009 01:48 AM)Unbreakable link Wrote:[size=7pt]nope, i actually feel like we've jumped straight into winter. hmm thats not far off...this thread will be locked & unstickied to make room for our winter thread. XD What with blue, teeny & grammar-less posting these days Mike? ![]() I think we should get a new thread for Winter. You could call it the Winter/Summer thread or just the Winter thread and then mention that's it's Summer for some parts in the initial post or something to that effect... blah I suck at explaining things. {rolleyes} Re: Autumn/Fall - SimsForums Official Thread - 2qewl4u - 18-10-2009 03:27 PM (18-10-2009 04:42 AM)(S)teven! link Wrote:why is there more people in the northern hemisphere than in the southI'd say because most land is on the northern hemisphere? idk |
