Actually, I've got another question. When you legacy starter has 2 children, and you make one the heir(ess) do you ever play the one that's not the heir(ess) or only the heir(ess)? Also, do you ever have the heir(ess) move out or do they stay in the same house?

You can do whichever, but usually you don't play the one who's not the heir(ess). And yes, they move out.
