I totally agree! I also think, that falling in love in The Sims 2, is WAY TOO easy! You just have to: 'click-click-click' on the same buttons for some time, and than you are almost ready to celebrate it with a wedding {woot}. I really hope that The Sims 3 will be somewhat 'difficult' in that part. I would love that!

in TS2 all you do is take two sims on a date and follow their wants
they are in love by the end of that date

Example a flirty sim really wouldn't care if he was flirted by somebody
u dont have 2 get 2 the top of the career 2 get the rewards
cheat:ctrl+shift+c then u type in {unlockcareerrewards}brackets not included

actually you get the career reward of the base game careers at alevel 5-6
but back to topic it is annoiny how if two sims have a good enough relationship they can engage in any romantic activity
it's annoiny that in TS2 my married family sim has a friend and they flirt and next thing you know they're in love
good thing is i think they are going to change in TS3 i've read some thing that said that just because you're sim is best frind with someone doesn't mean they're gonna start a romantic relationship
