Is that pcture really meant to be about TS3 then? Do you know which picture I'm referring to? I was always curious about it but everyone was saying it has nothing to do with TS3. And have they really been working on it since 2004? I thought they they started in 2006! I really need to work on my knowledge, haha.

It's in TS2 and it's description sounds like TS3.

There has been a lot of 'Yes, it's a foreshadow of what's to come' and 'Nah, it's nothing to do with TS3' so I never really knew what to think. If it is TS3, that would mean we get to have houses that are half-built? Like, look at the roof in the picture.
