That's what has been said, yes. I hope they'll change their mind but personally I don't mind too much (depending how expensive the neighbourhood creator is. Hey, if it's downloadable, maybe just maybe it'll be free? Maybe? Wait, it's EA we're talking about... no chance of that then
), because I'll be more than happy to play the premade 'hood for a long time. I'll only start creating my own neighbourhoods when I'm well adjusted to TS3, just like I did with TS2. I'll probably play the premade 'hood for at least 2 or 3 months first.

form of payment: when i take the laundry out of the dryer/washer, i find money, and thats my greatest source '-.-.
mymom is fixing my allowance at the mo, so im broke. well, i've got savings. if im short $10 or less my mom will pay though.

i plan to start saving up around the time TS3 comes out. for christmas and all the holidays before it comes out, im bound to get money as a gift from someone, so yeah

I will cry if we have to pay for the Neighborhood creator,maybe it means that two weeks later all the games will have it except people that bought it two weeks before! {ohmy}

Well, I'll probably be using my own money, even if it does come out around my birthday. The older you get, the less people care about presents it seems, so I'll probably end up buying it myself. I don't mind, though.
Except...I'll also be buying a new house around then, so I may be a smidge low on funds... Oh well.
