Re: Orphan - Munsta - 08-08-2009 10:29 PM I've had that before, at a different cinema, we had alcohol too...*whistles* They let us off though, I have no idea why... =S Re: Orphan - Ugly Von - 08-08-2009 10:32 PM LOL Mike. Well I caculated randomly and so.. Movie tickets would be 33$ for all of us, popcorn is 5$, and if we got drinks at a nearby store, that'd be about 4$ for drinks.. SO it comes up to like 42$ to see a movie. Uhmm IDK how to convert dollars into pounds. Re: Orphan - Munsta - 08-08-2009 10:35 PM Hmm, It's about...£25, I think... Jeez, It was £6.75 for a movie ticket, which is about...$10 there, I think. Talk about expensive. Re: Orphan - Ugly Von - 08-08-2009 10:38 PM Ah well ours was cheaper . Maybe we can go to the matinee showing for like 12$. Which is like umm 7-ish pounds there? LOL this is confusing.
Re: Orphan - Munsta - 08-08-2009 10:42 PM Yeah, I think it is around that price. What is a matinee showing? XD Re: Orphan - Ugly Von - 08-08-2009 10:45 PM It is just an earlier showing of the movie and they charge less. Like we would get 12$ off the movie, so we'd pay like 20-ish$ instead of 33$. My friend said maybe her parents can take us. Since I wanted an EP for my birthday, and I also wanna see Orphan, I didn't know which one I wanted, but now I can have both. Yay .OT: When you buy Seasons, does that include the ability to have Santa come, or does that come with another EP? Re: Orphan - Munsta - 08-08-2009 10:47 PM Nope, that comes with the Christmas/Holiday Pack. XD && Ah, I see! Interesting...I think we have that here, not sure though. Under 15's usually have a lower price, we always alter our ages depending on what the rating is. If it's a 15, then we have to obviously pay full price. But if it's a PG or whatever then if you are Under 14, you get in for a lower price, so we always pretend we're 14. I did that when we went to see Bolt, LMAO! Re: Orphan - Ugly Von - 08-08-2009 10:53 PM Lol well here it's anyone under 11 for any movie gets in for the matinee price any time of the day, but I look like I could be 15, so I can't say I'm 11! Lmao, worth a try, LOL! Re: Orphan - Cassie - 08-08-2009 10:57 PM I watched it online on Thursday. Stupid considering it was coming out in the cinema the very next day but I can't even afford the cinema right now anyhow [after seeing HBP 7 times ].Okay, I cracked up at all the wrong parts; when Esther was coming on to her dad, when the pigeon got squished [it was horrible but I laughed for God' sake... I don't know why], also when she went 'I'm not your f*cking mummy' and then kicked her in the face. Yeah, it was a brilliant film, I agree. XD Oh, and, I knew it was Mike's bday tomorrow. I know it's the ninth 'cause it's exactly 4 months after mine. Happy almost birthday!!
