Wanna know what's even worse?
I'm watching a show called '1000 ways to die' where they use real-life situations. One of the stories they JUST showed was a guy coming to pick up his girlfriend, they were texting back and forth arguing about where to pick her up. She was in the parking lot walking around while texting, and he was in the parking lot driving while texting - and he hit her. Killing her. Because neither was watching where they were going and she ended up dead.

Talking on the phone should also be outlawed. That is also dangerous, especially if it angers you, then you'll take it out on your driving by doing who knows what o_o
I think its outlawed for anyone under 18 here, but I'll never use my cell phone while driving no matter the age xD
