because they lost so much money over the holiday season, they're trying to advertise it more so they can get as many people to buy the game as they possibly can. obviously, a lot of people already know about the game, but they want more people to. that way, they can make more money and the company will be better off. if the company goes into bankruptcy, that wouldnt really make anything better

They wont go Bankrupt. The highest people in EA make over 1 billion dollars a year.
And Im still waiting for that commercial.....

LOL!!!!  Only their publicists and marketers are. I mean, seriously! You show 10000 commercials a day about Sim Animals, but not one about the Sims 3!!!?!?!?!!?
