i dont want the arms waving and bubbles above their heads when they need somthing. its dumb.

i want decent clothes and little kdis to have crushes.

Yeah, I definately don't want the stupid social worker parading into my home and stealing my kids if they get one flipping "F". It's not right, like you said, it's just stupid.
And I agree with the arms and waving and whining like they're three year olds. That irratates me a lot.
And the little kids having crushes would be so cute! Big Grin They definately need to at least have crushes, it's not like they're three, they should be able to feel some attraction to other Sims, nothing major though.

I don't see why so many people don't want pets in the base game. I love them, they make it more realistic. Like half of all the families have some sort of pet, whether it be fish, a bird, a cat, or a hamster.

The only reason why I don't want pets in the game is because of the strays. I hate that they roam into fancy restaurants and constantly bark at my front door. If there were that many strays in the real world, people would be FREAKED out. One time my friend saw a dog roaming around in the city and we were quite scared...because it's super rare. PLEASE EA, only a few strays.

Yah, strays are sooo annoying. One time I just greeted one and it came into my house and tore up a bed! Yeesh.

Okay, there are a few things that really bother me.

Sims is supposed to be a life simulator, except there are some things that just DON'T happen in a sim's life. That's what I like about it.

I don't want a dark, depressing world for my sims. I don't want guns or car crashes or murders or any violence of ANY sort. I don't want teen pregnancy (like seriously, what kind of horrible idea is that?) I don't want deadly diseases or anything worse than the flu.

There are so many "realistic" things that people want to put into this game, like hospitals, sports (which are okay: it helps promote good health to children), laundry, recipes, lawn mowing, menstrual cycles (this is where I will draw the line. No. No. No. NO.), etc. I don't think these are necessary. To me, Sims is about the more major things that change in one's life, not just the everyday tedium. Pets are tolerable even though I could live without them.

I would NOT buy this game if the majority of it consisted of tedious everyday tasks. That's not what Sims is about.

In short, I want my Sims world to be more utopian.

I also support the removal of religion, friend-dependant promotions, awful-looking clothes that will never be used, menstrual cycles (what the heck), hair drying, teeth brushing, loans (or any kind of bank thing), elaborate weddings, or homeless people.

-Non-playable Sims making big decisions on their own (Townies are okay to do so by me however Wink)
-Skunks, racoons, bears or vast numbers of stray pets constantly roaming the streets
-Required friends for job promotions, stick to skills and performance instead Smile
-Magic, take a look on the Sims 2 site - there are so many people wanting magic to be the last Sims 2 EP again, but I definately don't want it in the Sims 3. It's already been done, and it's way to unrealistic for a game so advanced as the Sims 3
-"There's a new family member on the way!" messages really p*ss me off, I'd like to see more realistic births instead.
-Teen pregnancy. I already know it's definately not going to happen (due to the M rating), but I just wanted to say that I don't want it anyway. Sure, it's realistic, but it's too realistic :o
-Hobby enthusiasm (Freetime). I hate the constant calls from club members! I really hope that if hobbies are included in the Sims 3, they completely change how they go about doing them.
-Monsters/creatures/beasts, or at least more realistic ones. I love the creatures of the Sims 2, but if the Sims 3 is going to be so much more realistic, there shouldn't really be any in it. If there were some however, they should make the choice more realistic, and the creatures themselves should look and act more realistic too. For example, zombies, aliens, Bigfoot and the genie are my most hated, as they seem the least realistic.
-Secret lots and secret characters (Bon Voyage). I don't really like the idea of them because again, they're way too unrealistic.
-Gypsy matchmaker and magic potions, Mr Humble, the Garden Club members and other NPCs who randomly visit you for no apparent reason. Realisticly, are you able to pick up the phone, dial services and say, can I get a gypsy matchmaker please? No. So I don't want her in the Sims 3. Mr Humble who leaves the same parcel to every household is so annoying. Who really does that? I don't want any NPCs coming round each of my Sims' houses just to promote what they do, give you things, or try to get you to do things. Nobody likes sales people, do they? They annoy me >Sad We should have to figure these things out for ourselves.
-Random Sims you've never met calling you up and inviting you downtown? No thanks!

That's all I can think of for now, sorry if the list is too long for anyone to read, if they bother :Smile
