I think its outlawed for anyone under 18 here, but I'll never use my cell phone while driving no matter the age xD

Just don't text and drive.  This video shows what can happen if you do.

LOL ye that's what we're saying. I'm just saying that after seeing how an accident is actually like I don't want to drive anymore XD

We have to sit and watch about a dozen of these in assembly at school to stop kids from driving unsafely.

There was one where this man squished this little boy flat who was playing football in his garden, that was kind of sad, and another one where a man drove over a kid walking home from school.

And yet, still people continue to drive like idiots. -_-

Here in DE it already IS illegal to talk on the cell phone while driving, same for MD.  In TX it's illegal to talk AND/OR text while driving.  So I liked that about TX.  I cannot wait for the day they outlaw Texting while Driving, too.
