I mean you come out in May and go back in August/September?The USA is a lazy country. Mike, just look it at this way: China has more school than you, and there you either pass school or work the fields for the rest of your life. I am the same way on learning I rather study by myself than be with a group they will just make me distracted or annoy me.I agree... I've always had an extensive vocabulary and high reading level, and I must say that I use English pretty well. I have over 100 in English class. I also agree with Suggie that Americans can't speak foreign languages AT ALL. Most schools only teach Spanish and French, why not other languages? Re: RELEASE DATE; June 2nd 2009! - b-rad - 21-02-2009 04:50 AM The point didnt get across apparently. This was getting off topic, I was just trying to help. Re: RELEASE DATE; June 2nd 2009! - peachpie937 - 21-02-2009 06:08 PM just btw not every school system sucks my school system is excellent and i just happen to live in the us too Re: RELEASE DATE; June 2nd 2009! - Chanel - 21-02-2009 06:13 PM I agree, My school system is pretty nice as well. It's just that the USA is a tad lazy compared to other countries. Re: RELEASE DATE; June 2nd 2009! - yummybunny - 21-02-2009 07:02 PM They are. In Kansas, where I live, the state has no money to pay employees, so they are cutting the school funds. I mean, why the school funds? The schools are dumb enough already, and Kansas is horrible compared to other schools, not as bad as Kansas City, MO though. Like there are teachers that halfway don't care, or stopped caring, because the parents never cared, and teachers do get discouraged. It is too easy to be a teacher today and too many darn people are going into education, because it one of the easiest jobs. When I have my kids, I am so gonna be teaching them at home. I'll teach them another language, and help them with their math and teach them things on my own, so they won't be dummies. Re: RELEASE DATE; June 2nd 2009! - Earth Mama - 21-02-2009 07:10 PM in our schools, the students are fighting with the teachers, swearing at them and even spit them in the face... I was never interested in stuff I had to learn in school, because it wasn't either interactive or entertaining... so my grades were horrible. I'm not ashamed to admit it. But I also write better gramatically and learn faster than most of the people I know. Grades don't indicate one's intelligence all the time. I had some retards in my class with horrible grades also and my teachers thought I was one of them until they had tutored me and learnd of my true potential.and sry, if I made any mistakes. I'm not a native English speaker.

It also depends on the students you get, because everyone is differnt, thus, every student behaves differently. Somehow my school ended up with a bunch of bad kids, because they were too desperate for students since the school is only 2 or 3 years old. I would try to homeschool my kids maybe up until 3rd or 4th grade... Then find someone else to homeschool them because it gets harder at 5th grade. I don't even know if I want kids, TBH. I kind of want to it to be all me when I'm grown up. I want to do good in school, get a good-paying job, so I can buy anything I want and give money to my mom and dad. |
