I do it with good reason, I honestly want to upgrade my computer and I'm tech-tarded in this respect.
Can you buy ANY graphics card, or does it have to be a certain type?
I know how to buy and install RAM, can do that easily from my local computer shop, but I'm not good with video cards since I've never bought one before so I don't know where I'm at.
I want a computer as epic as Matt's but there's no way that's happening. But I do want a super video card.

I've only used Nvidia graphics cards and they work really well. I think ATI is good to but I haven't tried them. I have "Nvidia Geforce GTS 350M" for a graphics card, an Intel i7 quad processor and 4GB of RAM installed on my laptop and TS3 runs very smooth, so do other demanding games like GTA IV.

According to Can You Run It, my computer as right at the end of the scale and show be running TS3 like a breeze. It's always been good, but it cannot run Los Aniegos well at all, and damn do I want to play that place...
I have a NVIDIA GeForce 7650 GS... probably old school since I got this computer 3 and a half years ago.
And RAM wise I have 2046MB, BUT I had more RAM put in not long ago and it says 1914MB used, 2427MB available, which would add up to 4341MB which makes more sense.
I have a dual processor and not a quad, and my computer is a Vista... I read you really should be aiming for quad and Windows 7, not sure if that's true or not...

Having a quad processor does make a huge difference in speed and some games require quad processors, otherwise the game is all choppy. However, TS3 should run perfectly fine on a dual processor.

Memory: 3518MB RAM
Page File: 1567MB used, 5679MB available
I just need a new graphics!

It says you have 3518MB, but then it says you used 1567MB but yet you have 5679MB to spare, so I assume you must have had some RAM added also.
Anyone know what garphics card I should be getting then? I need a NVIDIA, but can I get ANY type of NVIDIA or what? O.o

yeah I did add more RAM. I did this month but remember what I told you? My computer still runs slow and needs to be checked by my stepfather

I remember seeing a table with all Nvidia cards and how well they play certain games when I was getting my laptop. Let me find it.
