i should clean my room everyday..
well i used to have chores but now my mom and dad are retired and my dad keeps himself busy by doing most chores.
but i have a seperate bathroom that i share with a total pig
grrr she never cleans up after herself and has the nerve to say that I never do anything..all she does is work parttime
and it hardly helps.
anyhow.
she irritates meshe should move soon that would be incredible.
but sorry you have so many chores cassie =[ i hate them.

Poor you. Sad How does that rude woman expect you to clean up if she doesn't even do so herself, especially when you're pregnant. :o She's a silly moo moo. Wink

And I hate my chores too, but I'm sort of used to them now, I've been given a lot of resposibilty for myself since I was 13-years-old. I was so excited about becoming a teen, but all my dreams were spoiled about being 'responsible' because I have to take just as much care of the house and things as my mother. :Smile I also do a lot of cooking and I can cook very well for my age. I'm sure my mum is training me up to be a perfect housewife. :Smile

shes a year older than me and thinks shes God or something I dont know. shes getting annoying.
Its good to be taught that sense of responsibility though. you will be thankful someday if not already.

I guess I am somewhat thankful when I'm not currently doing the chores lol... but still, it's not at all much fun, particularly washing the pots. I have to clean them right after dinner and I get very scared about touching plates that other people have been eating on... I'm just a bit picky like that. I wash the cutlery I'm about to eat with before each meal, even though they're sparkling clean. I'm obsessed with hygiene, I guess you could say. :Smile Wink

Oh i see.
I've met people like that before.
I should be more into that.
I hate washing disgusting dishes too..i wish everyone would rinse dirty dishes! before adding to the pile in the sink
however we do have a dishwasher..so when doing dishes we dont have to do much.

Re: 2,000 Posts! - Cassie - 15-04-2008 07:25 PM

We have had many dishwashers, but we have come to realise they really don't do much good of a job comapred with hand-washing the pots. So this is how we do it.

I have OCD, I think, Obsessive-Cleaning/Compulsive-Disorder. Not a major case of it, but is seems I have a few of the symptoms. I do like things to be clean and perfect a lot. And I don't want to come off as some 'princess perfect who wants everything ideal and clean', because it's not like that, I just care about hygiene, but not in a stuck-up sort of way. And I agree, everyone should rinse their dishes after eating. Or maybe people should just learn to wash their own dishes lol. :Smile Wink

haha yes that would be nice after eating rinse and place in dishwasher..that would be a good rule..
hmm good thinking cassie.
and yes we always handwash big dishes like pots and pans cause you're right dishwashers dont do the trick at all.

I handwash my dishes and then wash them in the dishwasher. I'm a bit OCD, too. Wink

Re: 2,000 Posts! - ChalyssaMuch - 15-04-2008 08:01 PM

thats basically what you have to do because my idea of rinsing is using soap and water with a sponge thingy
so really my dishwasher just postpones me putting them away haha

Haha, nice. Yes, I prefer clean dishes...

Anyhoo, I'm actually washing the dishes as we speak...just thought you should know. Wink
