Haha, that is quite alright. It's weird that you typed my name though. But now I feel a bit like a Sim for some reason...By the way, you seem to have put a lot of effort and detail into your families and their traits and scenarios. Props to you on this. Have a Karma.
Re: Traits - yummybunny - 27-04-2008 01:35 PM My heart is always open for guys, but I want to know them as a friend first and get to know them as a person before I start dating them. Also about Zahara, she should stay when she gets knocked up, because she is pregnant, thinking about the baby, and hoping Bryce will change for the baby. That's what I think. Tell me if I am going into your plot too much with the statement I made. I don't want to control anything. Re: Traits - yummybunny - 27-04-2008 05:37 PM Sorry for double posting if it isn't allowed here... I have been so tempted to put one of my drama scenerios in, so I am going to do it. After looking through them, I chose this one. This may or may not be a complicated one for me to do...Depending on if I don't get tired of dealing with a total negative sim. (May put too much stress on me) Blaze Hatcher: Athletic, Nice, Family-Oriented, Daredevil, Outsdoorsperson Annmarie Hatcher: Whiny, Tramp, Hot-Headed, Gloomy, Evil Story: Blaze knew that he'd messed up when he'd gotten Meg, his girlfriend pregnant when he was only fourteen. Then he knew he'd messed up again when he let Meg, who had custody of their daughter, Annmarie move in with her boyfriend Garrett. Blaze knew that Garrett was a mean, violent, and controlling person and he felt stupid for letting Annmarie be around that. One day when Annmarie was five, Garrett accidentally killed Meg in her face. When Garrett found out what he had done, he ran away, leaving Annmarie with her dead mother. Annmarie has grown to be a horrible person inside from being around Garrett and Meg. Blaze tried everything from therapy to spending time with his daughter, but soon realized that there was nothing he could do about his daughter. He would have to do the best he can with raising Annmarie. Blaze also has hopes of getting married, but he doubts a woman would want to live with and deal with his evil daughter. Will Blaze be able to handle his daughter, or will he be overwhelmed by her? Will unstable Annmarie grow up to be a halfway normal adult, or will she also lead a life of destruction? Will Blaze ever get married and have more children without Annmarie ruining it? Hah, nooo I don't think your controlling anything at all. I always look for responses and new ways to shake things up a bit. I necessarily wouldn't stay but I encourage new ideas all the time. I really hope we have a choice to change or adjust traits like when a teen sim has a birthday, you can now pick their asperation. Well, in ts3 I think we should be able to pick a whole new 5 traits at the teens birthday, or at each birthday period. People change, and so will our sims. You should have the option to keep, or pick a different 5 from the traits list. I think that after a while, we may want to try something else for personal options, fun, or maybe we want it to go for a different story. For example. Annmarie may want to change and be a good sim or forgiving instead of evil. Re: Traits - yummybunny - 29-04-2008 01:03 AM You are right and that is a good idea. People do change and I would love for Annmarie to change sometime. If there isn't such thing as changing, then I hope that there is conditioning. Positive rewards encourages behavior and cause less devious behavior or bad habits. That would be good for storylines too. Re: Traits - ChalyssaMuch - 29-04-2008 01:37 AM i love the idea of the teens having moodswings girls sure can be a handful..i'd like to see some girls with negative traits act out and always feel like their parents are out to ruin her life..haha it would be pretty funny to see. and tonights my list of characters night.so expect some ideas of mine soon. Re: Traits - Cassie - 29-04-2008 10:01 AM I am also cooking up a few ideas that I may post pretty soon. But often the best ideas come while you're playing the game. Re: Traits - yummybunny - 29-04-2008 10:57 AM They do. I come up so many ideas during gameplay, just because I got to know the family, feel like it, it is interesting to do, and it is possible. That's good, Cassie. Can't wait to hear your ideas. I really can't wait till the game comes out, so everyone can post their stories. I will be so entertained. I came up with wild ideas during gameplay. No sims were killed in the process. Re: Traits - Cassie - 29-04-2008 04:36 PM This situation is kind of boring and requires a lot of features that we may or may not being seeing in TS3, but to an extent it is do-able. Main Characters: Tom and Bethany. Tom: Athletic, Brave, Family-Orientated, Friendly, Playful. Bethany: Originaly - Good, Family-Orientated, Friendly, Neat, Shy. After in-game influences - Easily bored, Flirty, Grumpy, Partier, Slob. Tom Rosefield was worried for his outgoing, loud and partying wife. Together they raised three children, Cariss, 6, Harry, 10, and Amelie, 17. Amelie was Bethanyâs daughter from a past relationship with a wife-beating, nasty man, who Tom (a plumber at the time) had saved Bethany from when he came to fix the taps and stumbled around to the open back-door to find Jake (Bethanyâs Ex) slapping her repeatedly. Amelie, just 5 at the time, only had vague memories of Jake (she never referred to him as âFatherâ, Tom took that place in her mind) and sometimes in her head she could hear her mother screaming and sobbing. And it made Amelie cry, even to this day, when she was alone in her bedroom, and thoughts of the past attacked her head vigorously. Tom had beaten Jake to a pulp and called the police immediately, and Jake now resides in the town Jail, exactly where he belongs. From then on, Bethany had fallen in love with her rescuer and they got married and started their own family, in which time along came Harry and Cariss, and all was well for many years. Until Bethanyâs best friend Layla invites her to a party one weekend to celebrate Laylaâs 40th birthday. Bethany never came back the same. Gone was the friendly, shy, caring and family-orientated mother that Tom and her children once knew. It seemed that party must have been something good - Bethany had never been to a party before. She was normally much too shy, but Tom had pressed her to go out and have some fun for once, of which of course he deeply regretted doing. Of course, the change in her personality modified over a period of time, but a short one at that. After Laylaâs party, Bethany held many of her own at home while the kids were still in the house, inviting all sorts of crazy and creepy people into the house. And Bethany danced and drunk a lot, and even flirted with strange men, to Tomâs dismay. And it became all she ever thought about. She lived and breathed partying and drinking, and she became gloomy around the family whenever she wasnât, always suffering from hangovers and biting at anyone who dared talk to her, so the kids became frightened of their own mother. And she became a slob around the house, never tidying up after parties, leaving old pizza boxes and smashed wine glasses around the house, so once, little Cariss stood on it and ended up being sent to the hospital to remove glass from her foot. So now Tom needs to make a hasty decision before it is too late. Does he take the children and move away from Bethany before Harry ad Cariss become influenced by her partying ways? Or does he take a chance and help her get her on track before she ends up in jail with Jake? |
