In ts2, they were programmed (forced) to walk by your home or forced to go to lots. The Sims 3 is at more better sounding.

Ts2 had a tredmill hampster cage feel to it. Everyone did the same thing in due time. The expansions weren't necessarily misleading. You knew whe you bought it that sims were hampsters just with added clothing, objects and options. They were still Sims, just more crap piled on. Unless free will was on, they waited for you. This game is entirely open ended and now we can sit back and watch if wed like.
There are things you may or may not do depending on your mood, traits etc.
I'm positive it will be thriving, its a seemless hood, something is supposed to always happen. And with expansions, it'll only get better imho.

I haven't played the Season ep? But do that ep have holidays(christmas, halloween, thanksgiving in it) I only got a few ep..so im out of touch. If they do add holidays as an ep for ts3. I would love to see children going from house to house going trick or treat in simish with their halloween outfits. And with the mean sprited traits..and doesnt like children trait...i would love to see the kids try that house

This exclusive juciy information of the neighbourhood and the return of Crumplebottom makes me feel excited and awaiting to play the game!!! So as the pictures. Each new pictures give me a feeling of what reality is. Hope they'll release it in Singapore! I think. hahas.

Mrs. Crumplebottom will be hitting everyone in the head this time, since almost everyone may have at least one bad trait with them. People would be running away...don't wanna get hit in the head with a purse. Who knows...this game, she may carry a switch and whip everyone with it.
That's good that she's coming back.
Bad thing is that she doesn't have long to live. I wish she had a hateful old daughter, or be a sim that never dies. I may turn her aging off, if I could.
Then people would really be scared of her generations later...a 200 year old lady hitting everyone. {lol}

They say there is a cheat to turn it off.And by looking at one pick,I think she is that purple-dress wearing lady.
