i no this one person at my school who i want to turn emo and i could it makes me mad she wont
she blond so she could get one large strand off on the side and die it blue and one person with brown hair i want her to die it black with bright red strand

Yeah, i'm getting it streaked blue and it's a kind of inbetween blue tbh. In the dark it looks dark and in the light it looks bright....so it's kinda weird.

it means that i have brown hair and they are turning my tips blond and they call it frosted
