There should have been a cord packaged with the camera. Just plug that into the computer and off you go!

Yeah, look for the USB cord as Bambi said and it'll let you mess about with the images on your computer.

Of my eyes? Nope, I need eyeliner first. I might be able to find some if I have a good look, but not now, it's half eleven at night here. Tired. {yawn}

Anyhoo, back to topic - you should post two pictures of your eyes; one with makeup and one without. {yes}
