Will Wright announced Hivemind http://venturebeat.com/2011/11/16/will-wright-hivemind/
seems interesting, though it seems very complex.

Did you see the wee bit about "Data Mining" that is central to it?

"He noted, for instance, that there may be 50 different dimensions to a
person that could be learned through data collection. Some of those
dimensions could be location-based, like where you are, where your
friends are, and how much money is in your wallet. It may sound like a
creepy invasion of your privacy for game to know that about you, but
Wright wants to emphasize the entertainment value of sharing and why
people will probably share that information gladly."

Aye, before selling the same information on to "selected partners" so they can bombard you with spam and flood your webpages with adverts "tailored to your preferences" like you get every time you log in at Amazon.

Think I'll be sticking with The Sims 3 and he can go write himself another turkey like Spore!

Angry

Yeah, If someone hacks it then...

is it just me or is Will Wright a paedophile? He wants the "younger generation" to share all their information.

It's basically an augmented reality game.

Problem... what if you already have an augmented reality?

You take it back to the shop and ask for a refund?
