(Just so you know, I'm playing the game in swedish so I don't know the expressions for everything in english, I'll do my best)
I'm just wondering, if your sim has the lifetime wish to become a CEO in the business career, do you only have to make him/her become that or do you have to be liked by the colleagues etc?
I went lazy and cheated myself to become a CEO by typing "cheatingsenable true" and pressing the mailbox (allthough I didn't save that game), but the lifetime wish didn't fullfill, do you have to do it "the real way"?

Det är bara att låta simmen jobba med affärer så att befordringarna kommer så blir han/hon VD till slut. Det är alltid bra om simmen är omtyckt av kollegorna och chefen förstås, men huvudsaken är att mätaren som visar hur långt kvar det är till befordran går upp! Jag vet inte hur det funkar exakt men ibland höjs livsönskan, som för simmar som vill bli rika. Om det står att livsönskan är att skaffa 50 000 simdaler och simmer får så mycket så kan livsönskan gå upp och nu vill simmen ha typ 250 000 simdaler.
Oh gawd, do I really have to translate this to english just so the others here can understand me?
Let the sim work and be promoted a couple of times and he/she will become a CEO. Bla bla bla I'm blonde too.

Jag vet faktiskt inte. Jag tror att en av mina simmar hade som livsönskan att bli VD och att han nu är det. Måste starta spelet om en stund och kolla om den står som uppfylld.
Ok Jag kollade nu och han som var VD hade en annan livsönskan.
Men du är iaf inte den enda som har problemet, för jag hittade det här http://boards.ign.com/the_sims/b5219/206118937/p1/ så det är kanske en bugg.
