Can't place objects in house because of some sort of grid?? - missregangrace - 07-05-2012 05:27 AM

There's this weird hovering grid in my house, and because its there I cant place items on the floor.
The grid is above my house and I can even places tiles and stuff on it. I don't want it there, how do I get rid of it?

Hi missregengrace,

With your problem, try and place a column underneath the missing tiles and then fill it in with flooring. If you can't place the column, hold down "control + shift + C" and type in "moveobjects on" and then try to place a column. Thats the best I can help you.

I think the problem is that it's giving you the option to build a second floor. All you need to do is press "page down" on your keyboard or go down a level on the bottom right hand side where all of the controls are!
