Is there a way to repeat a sequence of actions everyday automatically?
For example make a sim:
eat a dinner
take a shower
go to sleep
repeat
Maybe a mod or something?

Hmmmm. No I don't think there is a way to do that. I am not aware of a mod but I only use Nraas ones so there are loads out there that I have never tried.
I suppose one (not remotely reliable or satisfactory) way to do it is simply to leave your "free will" setting on maximum, since the sims should then mostly take care of their own Needs.

I am almost certain that Twallan did make an advanced queuing mod for exactly what you are describing, but you'd need to go here to check.
