Ok, someone will write a small paragraph or sentence which adds on to the story. The person who writes will leave spaces, that's where you fill in to suit the rest of the story.
Example:

Rena: Many years ago, there was a young wizard called (insert name here) and (he/she) was (insert age here).
Cassie: Harry Potter, He, 11.
Young Harry had to live with his (insert relatives here) and their stupid (son/daughter).

Rena: Aunty and Uncle, Son.
They were so (insert adjective here) that they made little Harry sleep (insert place here).

Let's being, shall we?
A long time ago, there was a (insert an animal or person here) and (his/her) name was (insert name here).
