Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - joza1 - 26-04-2008 09:27 PM My sim is coughing and sneezing. I read on another website that that means he's dying.[glow=green,2,300]What do I do?[/glow] Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - Freakziilla - 27-04-2008 08:30 AM He probably just has a cold.
Give him some coffee and let him relax for a while. - // ::ÆÑεaκzá»á»ââa::\\ - Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - simmy1smeeve - 27-04-2008 06:50 PM (27-04-2008 08:30 AM)::ÂÑεaκzá»á»ââa:: link Wrote:Yeah. But if they don't have Seasons, how could the sim have a cold? :-\ Also try to keep other sims away from him cuz sickness spreads waaaayyy too easily in sims! Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - bambigoddess - 27-04-2008 07:08 PM Actually, it's quite realistic in that aspect. ![]() But...Sims can get colds even without Seasons. Just so you know... I thought they just get a weird sim disease if you don't have Seasons where they cough thereselves to death That happened to one of my sims... I was like o.O
Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - bambigoddess - 27-04-2008 07:31 PM Without the patch, Sims can get "colds" without Seasons. I don't think they call it a cold, though. They just act ill for a bit. Then they shape up. Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - Cassie - 27-04-2008 08:06 PM I think it is called a cold, which moves onto flu if your Sim doesn't 'relax.' And also, my Sim died from coughing to death, too. I was shocked. ![]() Anyway, to answer the OP's question (even though it has already been answered several times), no, your Sim is not dying. Just make him relax for several hours (or days) and he should be right as rain.
Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - joza1 - 27-04-2008 09:01 PM Thanks guys! He's gonna be fired but oh well... Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis - Majick - 02-05-2008 06:25 PM I don't have seasons installed, and my sims come home with "Soandso is sick with the flu! He/She better get lots of rest." Even back when all there was, was the base game, sims could get sick. |
