Fanfictions - Paul - 30-04-2008 02:10 AM
Anybody write them? I do, sometimes. I'm writing one right now about Don and Cassandra, and I want to post it on the internet on a fanfic site, but the only fanfic site I know (fanfiction.net) doesn't have a category for it!
Anybody know any fanfic sites that have a Sims 2 category? Anybody write fanfics?

I read Harry Potter fanfics, mostly for ships (in particular R/Hr), I have written my own but never submitted them because I'm embarassed by them. I adore HP FF's though, some of the authors are just genius. {yes}
But nope, I don't read TS2 fanfics, sorry.

I am confused by the word 'FanFiction' used for TS2, or Sims games in general. I usually associate that with things such as Harry Potter and Twilight, where you can imagine the characters in your head because you know them so well. You can't do that with Sims, and FanFics are all text. Do you basically just mean do we post our own TS2 stories with pictures?

I do read a lot of fanfiction. Because I am an avid reader, and also because I like to picture my favourite characters in certain situations.
I never read The Sims fanfiction, I didn't even know there were such things around. Kinda scary honestly. =/
I do read mostly Harry Potter fanfiction (I tend to ship Lupin/Tonks a lot), and several animes' fanfics (esp. Death Note or Rurouni Kenshin ones).

well arent ts2 fanfics basically sims stories? that you can make in the game..only without the pictures?

Yeah, whatever. I guess you can call it that. But I call it FanFics cause it's not something that is actually in the story. So, in my opinion, you're wrong. And Matt, that'd be awesome if we had a FanFic section.

Huh? I'm lost. But hey, each to their own! I think FanFiction sounds neater than Sims Stories, anyway.

Anyway, I actually started a FanFic about this old show called "Saved by the Bell". Anybody heard of it? Well, I started it [the FanFic] but then I forgot about it and plus I forgot my password
