This time around, do you think that falling in love will be harder,

Sims may want a sim that is more of their type.  Instead of the one that talks to them the most and stuff, sims may consider to keep some sims as friends, instead of lovers and the ones that are their types would be considered lovers.

I thought in TS2, it was too easy to fall in love and cheat.

I believe that if a married family-oriented sim is flirted on by a friend, the sim will most likely refuse and there should be a subtraction of relationship score.  That sim would be disgusted at the flirting sim to try to make him or her cheat on his or her spouse.  The only time they should cheat is if their relationship is really about to break and the lifetime relationship is kinda low.

In order to fall in love in TS2, all you have to do is keep talking to them.  In this next game, they may have preferences or whatever.  What you think?

i was like  {thumbsdown} i just spend 20 or sumthin days making you top of paranormal and
this is how you abuse it

I {agree} with you yummybunny also for
Example a flirty sim really wouldn't care if he was flirted by somebody

Yeah, I'd like a bit more of a challenge Smile

Yes. Also you shouldn't flirt just to make friends.
I want a bit more challenge.

well i totally aggree with all of u thats y sims would get boring sometimeslike every action would bring almost the same reaction like i found my self not changing anything bout my gameplay like ever everything would happen the same way.anywayz they said in an interview that flirting annd stuff would like not pop up all of a sudden u would have 2 do actions in that catergory kinda 2 lead 2 that.like u know how 2 real close grlfriends relationship(hate when this happens)was real hi they would all of a sudden be in luv.i hated that sooo much 2 the point where i don'tlet my friends who either have spouses or r same s3x don't allow them 2 talk 2 eachother when their relation ship is very high they cannot talk 2 eachother 4 an amount of time its a burden 2 my gameplay.

Then it is annoying that they have no idea that they are about to cheat.  Let's say his spouse is in the same room.  He will still flirt with the friend, or let's say the friend does the first romantic interaction, the married sim does not have no sense to refuse it, or get mad and say "Hey, I'm married." or "Fool. My wife is in your face."

UGH i hate that!
i cant have two sims who are like the BEST of friends without them falling in love.
i dont think they should just fall in love with anyone they completely get along with or who they talk to a lot.
because it doesnt really work that way.
there are people who are perfect friends and probably perfect for each other, but, the chemistry wont ever be there.

and i hate when they flirt when the spouse is in the same room too.
i lose all respect for sim frank. haha.

love is so easy in TS2. All you have to do is make them becom friends and then flirt. Takes about 1-2 days. Heck, you can have them married in 3. Love should be harder to achieve.

I'm not sure it should. Because when I set up stories, I can't always start from the scratch. On the other hand, there are cheats. So if they give us good cheats then they can make the dating game tougher for the tough players.  Big Grin I wouldn't mind.

Love is ridiculous in TS2! I've had sims get marrried after less than a day of meeting that person! It should be harder to achieve!

Also, some sims should be more relaxed about cheating. Sims should be able to charm and flirt a bit without being slapped in the face witha ruined realtionship!
