Just went on SnootySims, found his... Clicky.
Apparently it's a preview that was only available in magazines until now, and has a lot of new info, but I've yet to read it so I don't know... just thought I should post it.
It says this on Snooty's...
Painter Sims can sell their works and musicians can play guitar in the park for money, and the better you are, the more money you'll make from the people wandering by. To add, this may be just what we wanted, to make our towns as liberal or dominant as we want. Now I guess we can be homeless, and be makeshift musicians. Possibly mayor and what they were saying about protests and things happening!

i learned a lot and what made me mad was this
