ok well i was browsing some interviews and i forget witch one it was where i happened to have my eyes trip over the fact that it said there was actually going to be a point to the game like something u have to do to save the town and what not they said it wouldn't be big things but little things to help out neighbors and help the town i guess i think this idea is kinda cool what do u think?

That statement reminds me of simcity.
However, I think that's just an option depending on the difficulty level of the sims you're playing.
Like, if you were tired of regular gameplay and wanted to play difficulty level or whatever, then that could be one of the many challenges you have to overcome, or maybe its a task you have to finish for like, the medical career. Helping out a neighbor to boost skills for a promotion.

At first I couldn't really understand what you said. Could you please use dots to end the sentence?
But, when I read it again, it became clear to me. Uhm, to save the town? That's strange, we are now becoming hero's? Hmmmm, I don'tlike that. As if The Sims3 is going to be an 'Adventure game'.

I have only read like two of the articles about Sims 3. Haha I can't bother to read anything {wacko} I knew about the difficulty levels, but yeesh I do hope we do not have to make our simmies save the town. Knowing my personality I would be like no thanks...the town can just die. haha. Where was this article from? It sounds interesting.
I haven't been on here for ages.
