I loved sims 1...i was truly addicted, the expansion packs were awesome. They should bring back superstar and making magic....I dont know why but i liked the music better too...im a weirdo like that

I haven't played 2 yet, but I like 1 cos of all the skins out there and TMNT skins!

I totally loved the sims 1. Sometimes I even still play it. But that's just because the sims 2 runs really slow on my comp. I had so much fun with the sims 1. But mabey that's because it was just all new. If i have to choose which one is the funniest, i'd go for the sims 1. If i had to choose which one i prefer to play, i'd go for the sims 2  :Smile ;D Big Grin :-*

HAVEN'T PLAYED TS2 YET??????????????? i luv 1 and 2, but 2 is MUCH more upgraded and realistic. TS3 all the way though Smile

the 3Dness in TS2 proves TS2 is better (in my opinion)
have you seen the TS2 trailer? (which wsa totally BS anyway)
the first few seconds show the improvement of sims.

For the time that the game was out, it was an amazing game, and I still believe Making Magic was the best EP for that series, but Sims2 is totally amazing and sooo much better!

Sims 1 is a classic no doubt,but if I had to choose id go for Sims2.It has great graphics and brilliant gameplay so Sims2 is the winner! Smile

I agree. People who missed out on the TS1 generation missed out on some awesome times, but to be honest, TS2 is so much better so it's not so bad. But TS1 is a classic and always will be. It's the original. It holds a higher place in my heart than TS2, even if it was 'worse', so to speak.

Sometimes, less is more.
