I downloaded The Sims 2 Deluxe and am trying to install it. It downloaded fine, but when I get to 89% in the decryption, it stops and this error comes up:
A problem occurred accessing the downloaded file.
Please close other programs that may be using the file If the problem persists
restart your computer and try again.
Error: 32791 :20
Any help would be much appreciated!

What do you mean 'decrypt'?

I have tried to reboot, close out of anything unnecessary in the system tray, and it still does it.
when you download it, in the EA Download Manager, there's a button that says 'decrypt' that you have to click and it has to run through it before you can install.

Update everything with drivers and patches.
