Patch is ready - Haley0489 - 25-05-2009 06:51 PM I saw this at Snooty Sims. Maybe it'll provide some relief to those of you who have heard the game is "buggy." dateline= Wrote:Rumpel on alt.games.the-sims writes: Re: Patch is ready - kl_turriff - 25-05-2009 07:11 PM cool. Thanks for the news. Karma, {clap} I'm not worried though, all games have something wrong. All it may be is that one tree flickers every four hours or something. ![]() Good to know that the 'buggy' pre-release is truly old and that most of those bugs are fixed. Re: Patch is ready - Scene23 - 25-05-2009 08:42 PM I had a feeling the Pirate version was old just based off some gamers testimonies. This makes me feel better, to know that the games are seperate versions just as I suspected. 1 more week to go.
Re: Patch is ready - b-rad - 25-05-2009 11:31 PM Thats what I thought Way old version/ Re: Patch is ready - CountryGal4132 - 26-05-2009 12:06 AM yay! I thought the pirate may be an older version as buggy as it sounded...I would hope they wouldn't sell that buggy of a game. The patch is good news though. Hopefully there will be minimal bugs in our games...I expect there to be some that still need to be worked out as large as a game it is. But for the most part it shouldn't have any major bugs I hope! Thanks for the good news! Re: Patch is ready - Cororon - 26-05-2009 12:08 AM Thanks for the info Haley0489. Karma to you! {yes} Re: Patch is ready - b-rad - 26-05-2009 03:29 AM I knew that the downloaded would be old. Loko at the major glitches people were reporting! Re: Patch is ready - trinityseven - 26-05-2009 11:03 AM Sometimes I wonder whether the companies themselves secretly release early buggy stuff to tempt more people into buying the finished product. You get to a certain point in gameplay, get attached and then 'BLAM' something buggy happens and you think hmmm that's actually worth having and go buy the official game! Re: Patch is ready - CountryGal4132 - 27-05-2009 06:42 PM I like that theory, it actually sounds like it might work too. It could be true but whatever the case I don't care since I'm buying the full version and I'm not messing with a pirated version. If anything a buggy version that's not the official version might kill my excitement because its not as good as I would like. Re: Patch is ready - b-rad - 27-05-2009 09:51 PM I completly disagree. If you control yourself, and just give yourself a taste, and it will make it so much better@ |
